Job summary

Scientific Research Corporation is seeking engineers to support electrical engineering services for prototyping and modification of C5ISR systems. This position is contingent on funding and requires U.S. citizenship with a SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities include leading engineering tasks, designing and testing components, evaluating performance of prototypes, and reporting test results. Travel is minimal, and SRC offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in engineering or an engineering discipline and at least two years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading tasks applying engineering techniques to plan, design, develop, test, and supervise production and fabrication.
• Experience evaluating performance and reliability of military prototypes or first articles tests and recommending changes.
• Experience reviewing and applying engineering specifications, standards, or procedures with design alternatives and test data analysis.

Job description

• Supporting electrical engineering services for prototyping and modification/development of various Command, Control, Computers, Communications, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) systems

FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING

Requirements

• B.S. Degree in engineering or an engineering discipline and at least two years of relevant experience, no allowable degree substitutions
• Demonstrated experience in leading tasks requiring the application of engineering techniques, principles, and precedents to plan, design, develop, test, and supervise production and fabrication
• Demonstrated experience with evaluating performance and reliability of military prototypes or first articles tests and recommending changes if needed
• Demonstrated experience reviewing, analyzing, developing, preparing, and applying engineering, technical, or maintenance specifications, policies, standards, or procedures and makes recommendations for design alternatives, demonstrated experience planning and performing verifications and analysis and compiling, analyzing and reporting test data results

Desired Skills

• Previous experience providing engineering support to NAVAIR or NAWCAD

Clearance Information

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL
