RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join the Test Solutions Engineering team within the Hardware Discipline Center. You will design and integrate state-of-the-art test systems and ensure performance goals are met in a collaborative environment.

This hands-on role requires a STEM degree, familiarity with test equipment, and the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams on complex projects.

Qualifications

The Test Solutions Engineering team within the Hardware Discipline Center is at the heart of our innovation, focusing on developing cutting-edge electrical solutions for our products. As an Electrical Engineer on this team, you will have a hands-on opportunity to design and integrate state-of-the-art test systems using the industry's latest tools. What You Will Do

Qualifications You Must Have

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) prior to start
• Knowledge of electrical components including resistors, capacitors, and transistors
• Experience with test and measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and spectrum analyzers

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience with circuit design and analysis for analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C/C++, or MATLAB for simulation and automation
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities in a dynamic environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities to meet assigned deadlines
• Experience in technical writing and delivering formal presentations

• Relocation Eligibility

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
