Job summary

RTX is seeking talented Electrical Engineers in Plano and McKinney, TX. You will support a production program in the Airborne RF Electronics Design Department, working with engineering, manufacturing, and program teams to meet milestones.

Responsibilities include test design coverage, hardware troubleshooting, data analysis, and documentation updates. Onsite role with up to 25% travel; relocation eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related STEM field by start date.
• Experience debugging hardware and interfacing with measurement equipment.
• Familiarity with RF or digital electronics is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assess production test coverage and verify designs against specs.
• Troubleshoot hardware and test sets to component level across analog/digital/radio circuits.
• Interpret drawings, schematics, and parts lists; update engineering docs as needed.
