Job summary

RTX's Hardware Engineering Center is seeking an Electrical Engineering Intern to contribute to multi‑discipline teams supporting military programs. You will assist in design, analysis and support of electronics products, gaining practical experience in a mission‑critical setting.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a STEM degree and have access to hands-on lab environments with standard EE equipment. Onsite work in McKinney, TX offers exposure to real products and collaborative teams.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in Electrical or related STEM.
• Must have a minimum of 60 hours of credit by Summer 2027.
• Enrolled through internship/co-op term.
• Experience with lab equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gain electrical engineering skills through hands-on lab work, testing and troubleshooting.
• Work with CAE tools and lab equipment on a daily basis.
• Engage in schematic capture, HDL code development, synthesis and simulation.

Education

Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM

60 credit hours completed by Summer 2027
