Job summary

Quality Talent Group seeks an Electrical/Instrumentation Engineer for a global technology client in Venus, TX. You will supervise electrical technicians, perform equipment inspections, and maintain electrical schematics and spare parts records.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering, PLC and process control experience, and strong SAP/AutoCAD/Office skills. You’ll help ensure environmental compliance and troubleshoot control systems on site.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Electrical engineering field preferred.
Strong SAP, AutoCAD, Project and Microsoft Office skills.
Experience with PLC programming and process control systems preferred.
Experience with instrumentation, motors, starters and VFDs.

Responsibilities

Supervising the electrical and instrumentation technicians in daily work orders and projects.
Conducting systematic inspections on all plant electrical equipment.
Responsible for the accurate documentation of electrical schematics and stores spare parts inventory.
Ensure all system programming meets with proper environmental compliance.
Troubleshoot control system hardware and software problems.
