Quality Talent Group is seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to lead electrical and instrumentation efforts in a building automation and industrial technology setting. The role involves supervising technicians, inspecting electrical systems, and ensuring compliant documentation and parts management.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, strong PLC knowledge, and proficiency with SAP, AutoCAD, Project, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required/essential.
• Field of Study Preferred: Electrical Engineering.
• Required Technical Skills: SAP, AutoCAD, Project and Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of PLC programming and process control systems preferred.
• Experience in instrumentation, motors, starters and VFDs, and related communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical and instrumentation technicians on daily work orders and projects.
• Conduct systematic inspections of plant electrical equipment.
• Document electrical schematics and manage spare parts inventory.
• Ensure system programming meets environmental compliance.
• Troubleshoot control system hardware and software problems.
