Qualifications

BA/BS in Electrical Engineering or related field with 4+ years of related experience.
ABET-accredited degree preferred; FE/EIT helpful.
Strong experience with Revit and AutoCAD-based design projects.
4+ years of electrical engineering experience in a consulting/design-build environment.

Responsibilities

Electrical engineering support from conceptual design through construction administration.
Gathers and correlates basic engineering data using established procedures.
Review shop drawings during construction administration.
Prepare engineering calculations and develop drawings and visual aids.
Write reports and memos for internal and external purposes based on findings.
Work cooperatively with managers and other employees to achieve the company's mission.
Ensure discipline plans meet project scope, quality and schedule; stay current on codes and technologies.
Support on-site visits for data collection and evaluation of electrical systems, equipment and materials.
Develop designs within a BIM environment.
Complete tasks in accordance with client criteria and standards.
