Job summary

Mission Multiplier is seeking an Electrical Engineer to drive HWIL integration and hardware troubleshooting for NSWC Panama City Division. You will bridge hardware subsystems and virtual test environments to ensure robust, deployable systems.

The role emphasizes test environment fidelity, power/data path evaluations, and interoperability checks. The ideal candidate has 3–7+ years in electrical hardware engineering, hands-on use of oscilloscopes and diagnostic tools, and a active DoD Secret

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of electrical or hardware engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Experience with HWIL/HIL simulations and test environments.
• Proficiency with electronics test equipment and diagnostic tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, perform interface testing, and manage wiring/cabling.
• Active DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support HWIL integration and testing, ensuring communication between hardware and simulations.
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain electrical hardware to evaluate performance.
• Provide ISEA support, hardware modifications, and optimizations for fidelity and safety.
• Assist with HWIL lab operations, troubleshooting infrastructure and calibration.
• Execute hardware interface testing and interoperability checks for real-time data exchange.
• Collaborate with systems engineers, QA, and software teams to resolve issues.
