RFA Engineering is seeking an entry to experienced level Electrical Engineer to join our engineering team onsite at a world‑class facility. This full‑time role offers a comprehensive benefits package, opportunities for professional growth, and potential for direct hire by our customers.

Responsibilities include designing and validating electrical systems for heavy equipment, developing schematics and wiring diagrams, and supporting field and bench testing. Travel up to ~10% is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s of Science in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Entry level candidates and experienced candidates will be considered.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and commitments.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, and integration of electrical systems used on heavy equipment and power systems.
• Create, review, and modify electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering documentation.
• Support electrical validation activities including bench testing, machine testing, and field testing.
• Troubleshoot electrical and electronic system issues discovered during prototype, pilot, and production builds.
• Support machine integration activities involving sensors, actuators, displays, controllers, and communication networks.
• Work with validation, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure robust product performance.
• Investigate product failures and perform root cause analysis to identify corrective actions.
• Support product improvement, cost reduction, and product health initiatives.
