Bass Pro Shops, through its White River Marine Group, seeks an Electrical Engineer to support electrical and air conditioning systems on 45+ foot sport fishing yachts. You will design, assess loads, and document systems while collaborating with engineers and suppliers to implement updates.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and about 3 years in yacht building, with CAD tools like MicroStation/Creo and RCA skills. On-site position with full benefits.
Responsible for all Electrical and Air Conditioning related systems
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
Preferred Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
Experience: 3 years of experience in boat or yacht building
Microsoft Suite CAD literate: MicroStation and Creo
Experienced trouble‑shooting electrical systems and Root Cause Analysis
