You will design, test, and bring to production RF and mixed-signal electronics, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure safety and compliance. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Experience with analog, digital and RF electronics.
• Knowledge of IEC 60601 safety and EMC standards.
• Experience in medical devices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the generation of system requirements and specifications.
• Carry out electrical engineering design activities including design, debug, modifications and verification of electrical components of the company’s products.
• Develop and document circuit schematics and create BOM and other engineering drawings as needed for PCB assemblies.
• Develop manufacturing and test instructions.
• Support layout of DFMA and DFT of PCBs.
• Lead design reviews by providing hardware expertise.
• Transfer PCB designs to contract manufacturers and liaise on design issues.
• Ensure device electrical safety and participate in risk management activities.
• Work on RF design, tuning and debugging (BLE, WiFi, LTE) where needed.
• Coordinate with labs for safety and EMC testing.
