Job summary

Strativ Group is seeking electrical engineers to join a fast-growing defense technology team building hardware for autonomous vessels. Open areas include PCB design, schematic & systems design, wire harness, test engineering, and systems integration from bench to dockside to at-sea trials.

Candidates should have a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and hands-on production experience, with familiarity in Altium, Cadence, and EMI/EMC standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on experience in production hardware.
• Familiarity with low-voltage power, Ethernet, CAN/RS485, EMI/EMC.
• Exposure to MIL-STD-810/461, ISO 16750 or IEC 60068.

Responsibilities

• PCB design for power, compute and sensor electronics designed for production.
• Schematic & system design including power distribution architectures.
• Wire harness design, routing and documentation for volume manufacture.
• Test strategy, fixtures and procedures from design validation to end-of-line production test.
• Systems integration from lab to dockside to at-sea trials.
