Created Solutions is seeking a Junior Electrical Engineer to support the design, integration, fabrication, and testing of advanced electronic hardware for defense applications. This role focuses on PCB design and hardware development from prototyping through qualification testing, working with customers, engineering teams, and manufacturing partners on safety-critical hardware.

Candidates should have a B.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of hardware design experience.
• Experience with PCB design, schematic capture, and PCB layout.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Proficiency with oscilloscopes, power supplies, and digital multimeters.
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics and drawings.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and modify electronic hardware and PCBs for defense applications.
• Capture schematics, select components, and document designs.
• Assemble, integrate, debug hardware prototypes.
• Coordinate with contract manufacturers through fabrication and assembly.
• Prepare hardware build docs, kits, and technical requirements.
• Conduct electrical checkout, verification, and acceptance testing.
• Utilize lab equipment to characterize hardware.
• Support hardware qualification and environmental testing.
