Sigma Defense is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our team in White Sands Missile Range, NM.

The role emphasizes real-time EW system design, troubleshooting, and integration of advanced equipment, with field testing, spectrum management, and thorough technical documentation. Travel to CONUS/OCONUS may be required; U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering or related STEM field; equivalence considered.
• Experience interpreting technical drawings and work packages.
• Ability to use and interpret electronic test equipment.
• Experience with maintenance/repair and installation/integration of advanced equipment.
• Familiarity with RF equipment and operations.
• Willingness to travel CONUS and OCONUS.
• Strong written and oral communication; high organization; ability to multi-task.
• U.S. citizen required.

Responsibilities

• Solve problems in large real-time EW system environments.
• Evaluate, troubleshoot, repair, and design complex system architectures.
• Support field testing and training with EW systems.
• Manage spectrum in EW field operations.
• Analyze EA and ES techniques.
• Provide SME in installation, maintenance, repair, calibration, testing, fabrication, and operation of diverse electronic/equipment.
• Assist with test/evaluation, checkout, certification tasks.
• Review change proposals for equipment impacts.
• Provide technical data for installation and maintenance per plans.
