Job summary

You'll work with hardware teams and apply your experience from schematic to production, debugging at board to system levels, and ensuring robust performance in high voltage environments. This startup role demands hands-on hardware validation in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Digital and analog circuit design, including high voltage circuits.
• PCB design and initial bring-up (Altium), debugging and wiring.
• Experience with embedded firmware and microcontrollers; Python scripting.
• Familiarity with lab equipment: oscilloscopes, power supplies.
• Knowledge of power semiconductors (MOSFETs, IGBTs) and motor drives.
• Experience with automotive networking (CAN, LIN, Ethernet).
• Understanding of thermal design and basic control theory.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design of energy storage systems (inverter, battery, interconnect).
• Collaborate with mechanical, firmware, test, and reliability teams for mass production.
• Design and validate high voltage and high current power electronics.
• Debug complex subsystem interactions at board and system level.
• Support manufacturing readiness and field deployment as needed.
