Qualifikationen

• Startup or small team with broad hardware ownership.
• PCB design and layout in Altium or equivalent.
• US work authorization (H-1B, TN, OPT, or citizen/green card).
• 2–6 years of hardware electrical engineering experience.
• Owned full PCB lifecycle from schematic to manufacturing.
• Embedded C/C++ or Python for firmware/test automation.
• Self-directed problem solver who identifies root causes.
• Nice-to-have hardware in harsh/outdoor environments.
• Power systems: solar, battery management, DC-DC conversion.

Aufgaben

• Design, iterate, and test PCBs and circuits in Altium across full lifecycle.
• Work in electronics lab with oscilloscopes and power supplies to debug hardware.
• Improve hardware robustness to enable national scaling within power budgets.
• Write embedded C/C++ or Python code to validate designs.
• Collaborate with embedded, operations, and software teams; travel quarterly for field installs.
