This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across disciplines, solving unique engineering problems, and seeing their designs come to life in the lab.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop printed circuit boards (PCBs) from concept through production, including schematic capture, layout, and documentation.
  • Perform hands‑on debugging, testing, and troubleshooting of prototypes and production systems.
  • Develop and refine analog signal processing circuits to meet demanding performance specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with optical and mechanical engineers to integrate electronics into complete scientific instrument systems.
  • Participate in every stage of product development – from concept brainstorming to manufacturing handoff.
  • Maintain clear, organized documentation of designs, tests, and revisions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience, including PCB design and analog circuit development.
  • Proficiency with EDA tools (e.g., Altium Designer, OrCAD, KiCad, or equivalent).
  • Strong hands‑on skills with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other diagnostic equipment.
  • Solid understanding of analog signal design principles.
  • Ability to thrive in a small‑team environment, wearing multiple hats and taking ownership of projects.
Preferred (Not Required)
  • Experience with optical systems and sensors.
  • Knowledge of low‑noise electronics design for precision measurements.
  • Familiarity with high‑speed data acquisition or scientific instrumentation.
What We Offer
  • Competitive compensation and benefits package.
  • The opportunity to work on innovative products with direct, visible impact.
