Carrier is seeking an Electrical Engineer for their Engineering Leadership Program (ELP) in New York. The program offers recent graduates an opportunity to deliver impactful contributions through rotations across Carrier's business units.
Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and academic excellence. Responsibilities include developing and integrating electrical components and supporting product documentation. The role starts in June 2024.

Carrier is looking for software, electrical, mechanical, systems, and other engineering majors with demonstrated leadership ability and strong academic performance to join our competitive Carrier Engineering Leadership Program (ELP). The ELP offers new graduates an opportunity to deliver impactful contributions to strategic projects through three eight-month rotations across various Carrier business units.
Candidates selected for the program will receive front-line, hands‑on, meaningful assignments designed to stretch their capabilities and accelerate their professional development. In addition to the hands‑on experience, the program includes high-caliber training, mentorship, and guidance from our diverse team of Carrier executives and program alumni to build a strong and lasting global network of colleagues.
We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our Commercial HVAC business. Associates will apply scientific principles to innovate, design, integrate, and implement technologies, components, sub‑systems, and systems to ensure compliance to specifications, requirements, agency requirements and customer.
Please note: this role is part of Carrier’s Engineering Leadership Program (ELP). We are currently recruiting for the 2024 ELP Cohort to start at Carrier in June 2024.
