Carrier is looking for software, electrical, mechanical, systems, and other engineering majors with demonstrated leadership ability and strong academic performance to join our competitive Carrier Engineering Leadership Program (ELP). The ELP offers new graduates an opportunity to deliver impactful contributions to strategic projects through three eight‑month rotations across various Carrier business units.
Candidates selected for the program will receive front‑line, hands‑on, meaningful assignments designed to stretch their capabilities and accelerate their professional development. In addition to the hands‑on experience, the program includes high‑caliber training, mentorship, and guidance from our diverse team of Carrier executives and program alumni to build a strong and lasting global network of colleagues.
We are seeking a Dynamic Modeling – Systems Engineer. Associates will apply scientific principles to innovate, design, develop, and implement technologies, components, sub‑systems, machines, tools, and systems to ensure compliance to specifications, requirements, and customer guarantees across applicable operating conditions. Ensures novel ideas and implementations are captured and protected using applicable IP processes and tools.
This role is part of Carrier’s Engineering Leadership Program (ELP). We are currently recruiting for the 2024 ELP Cohort to start at Carrier in June 2024.
