Job summary

Stantec is seeking an Electrical Engineer - EIT in Oakland, CA to support design development under guidance. You will contribute to the evaluation and specification of engineered systems, and ensure compliance with codes and standards.

The role involves creating design documents, technical reports, and coordinating tasks across teams. A Bachelor’s in EE is required with EIT preferred; REVIT and CAD skills are used to prepare deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required or equivalent.
• EIT certification preferred.
• Experience with REVIT and CAD in engineering deliverables.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good organizational skills and multi-project handling.

Responsibilities

• Work with a technical staff to develop project deliverables from design documents to technical reports.
• Apply basic engineering principles to electrical design and analysis.
• Coordinate tasks with internal teams and external sources.
• Assist senior engineers with advanced technical activities.
• Use REVIT and CAD to prepare project deliverables and production tasks.
