Job summary

CX2 is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to design, develop, and support advanced electronic systems for next-generation drone defense solutions. You will work on RF systems, embedded electronics, sensors, and power systems to detect, track, and neutralize unmanned aerial threats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in electronics design and development, defense/aerospace preferred.
• Experience with analog/digital circuits, PCB design tools, and embedded systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test electronic hardware for drone detection and mitigation systems.
• Work on RF systems including signal detection, jamming, and communication modules.
• Develop schematics, PCB layouts, and prototypes for embedded systems.
• Integrate sensors (radar, EO/IR, acoustic, RF) into defense platforms.
• Collaborate with software, firmware, and systems engineers for full system integration.
• Conduct testing, validation, and troubleshooting of electrical systems in lab and field environments.
• Optimize power distribution and battery systems for portable and fixed defense platforms.
• Support EMI/EMC compliance and environmental testing (MIL-STD preferred).
