Saige Partners is seeking an Electrical Engineer for a Richburg, SC role focused on boosting production efficiency and uptime. You will lead capital projects, troubleshoot electrical systems, and manage contractor safety in a dynamic glass manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Electrical/Controls Engineering, with PM experience and PLC/SCADA know-how, including high-voltage work (15kV+).

Qualifications

• Experience with power system distribution and backup systems (generator, UPS, ATS).
• Experience in manufacturing and strong project management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and/or Controls Engineering; high-voltage (15 kV+) experience.
• Experience with PLC programming and interface systems (MMI, SCADA).
• ISO 9001 quality management experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of conveyance process control systems.

Responsabilités

• Support and troubleshoot plant power systems.
• Improve yields, lower costs, and increase uptime by supporting existing facilities.
• Lead capital projects and plant improvements.
• Collaborate with internal operations, maintenance, and capability groups.
• Instruct plant personnel in operation and maintenance of systems.
• Prepare specifications, drawings, and procure materials; coordinate installation.
• Monitor contractor safety and manage contractor services.
