Job summary

The Judge Group seeks an Electrical Engineer with hands-on experience in digital electronics, power electronics, motor drive systems, and PCB design. You will design, develop, test, and support electrical hardware from concept through production in a collaborative environment.

You will create schematics and layouts, run simulations, perform testing and validation, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet performance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
• Experience with digital circuit design, power electronics, and motor drives.
• Proficiency with PCB design/layout tools (Altium, OrCAD, Cadence, or similar).
• Knowledge of power conversion, control systems, and embedded hardware interfaces.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop digital and power electronic circuits and systems.
• Develop motor control and motor drive solutions for AC/DC, servo, and BLDC motors.
• Create schematics, PCB layouts, and engineering documentation.
• Perform simulation, testing, debugging, and validation of hardware designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and manufacturing.
• Ensure designs meet performance, reliability, and regulatory requirements.
