Dialectic is a full-service mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering design and consulting firm with Headquarters located in the Crossroads of Kansas City, Missouri. Dialectic has a reputation for delivering inventive, flexible, and sustainable MEP designs for clients across the US.
The Electrical Designer Team Lead will oversee Electrical staff, provide guidance and set direction. This position will work with staff to ensure accurate technical drawings and contribute to the overall design process for our MEP Engineering firm which focuses on the design of systems for business, retail, housing, education, and entertainment industries. The Electrical Designer Team Lead acts as a leader in their discipline, providing guidance and direction, actively leading efforts to grow the department’s technical expertise. This position will use expertise in all steps of completing discipline components and will evaluate, select, and apply standard electrical design techniques and procedures independently. The Electrical Designer Team Lead will perform quality review of work developed by others and will present complex technical solutions to clients. The Electrical Designer Team Lead will report to the Electrical Department Manager.
