Job summary

The Haskell Company is seeking a Project Associate to join our engineering teams across healthcare, industrial, infrastructure, and manufacturing projects in a hybrid work environment in the U.S. Charlotte, Jacksonville, and Atlanta offices are typical hubs.

Responsibilities include delivering complete design solutions, coordinating with senior staff, and contributing to project execution from concept through construction. A PE is preferred and a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree required.
• 3–8 years of electrical engineering project experience.
• Professional Engineer licensure preferred or in progress.
• Experience with design, drafting, and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of Building Systems and codes during conceptual design and development.
• Develop lighting design, power distribution, and fire alarm systems.
• Prepare construction documents and ensure design packages meet project requirements.
• Coordinate inter-discipline reviews and maintain design budgets and schedules.
• Support construction administration through RFIs, submittals, and field observations.
• Lead project scopes and mentor junior staff to ensure timely delivery.
