Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Familiarity with basic electrical engineering principles.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with using oscilloscopes, power analyzers etc.
• Sound understanding of electrical components and systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOMs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Research existing product designs to identify redundant components to streamline and optimize designs.
• Review Bills of Materials (BOMs) to identify opportunities for component commonization.
• Analyze and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Conduct simulations to evaluate the feasibility of component substitutions.
• Proactively participate in testing of 3-phase systems and troubleshooting activities, taking initiative while seeking guidance from senior engineers as needed.
• Maintain thorough documentation of designs, simulations, and testing processes.
