6 Degrees Search is seeking a Design Engineer to design, develop, and optimize electrical components. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet performance, efficiency, and reliability requirements.

Responsibilities include creating detailed designs, prototyping, testing, documenting results, ensuring manufacturability and standards, and guiding multiple projects to completion.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 1-6 years of design engineering experience.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing principles.

Responsabilidades

• Create detailed designs for electrical components.
• Develop prototypes and conduct testing to validate designs, troubleshoot issues, and improve performance metrics.
• Work closely with manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to ensure designs are manufacturable, cost-effective, meet industry standards, and ensure product specifications meet or exceed expectations.
• Prepare technical documentation.
• Identify opportunities to enhance designs for improved efficiency, reduced weight, and lower production costs.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant industry standards and environmental regulations.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
