Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in electrical hardware design and development.
• Experience with power electronics, control systems, and testing.
• Proficient in schematic capture, PCB design support, and verification.
• Familiarity with military specs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical/hardware subsystems for defense products.
• Lead integration, testing, packaging, and configuration of sub-systems.
• Analyze test data and drive design improvements for reliability.
• Provide hardware design across full product lifecycle from concept to production.
• Develop and present design documentation and test plans.
• Collaborate with PCB designers for layout and manufacturing support.
