Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. in Kingsport, TN seeks an Electrical Engineer to support electrical control systems, equipment, machinery, and medium voltage power systems, including PLCs, HMIs, and drives.

The engineer will design hardware and software for new projects and collaborate with Maintenance on capital initiatives. Qualified candidates must have a BSEE and at least 4 years of manufacturing experience; knowledge of medium voltage power systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of medium voltage power systems is a plus.
• Experience with PLCs, HMIs, and drives preferred.

Large, continuous process manufacturer in the greater Kingsport area has immediate opening for an Electrical Engineer to support electrical control systems, equipment, machinery, and medium voltage power systems. The Electrical Engineer will be involved in hardware / software design for new projects, including PLCs, HMIs, and drives (AC and DC).

Will work closely with Maintenance on capital project initiatives.

Qualified candidates MUST have a BSEE along with at least 4 years manufacturing experience. Knowledge of medium voltage power systems is a plus.
