Job summary

JobFormance in Kingsport, TN is seeking an Electrical Engineer to support electrical control systems, equipment, machinery, and medium voltage power systems. The role involves hardware/software design for new projects, including PLCs, HMIs, and drives (AC and DC).

You will work closely with Maintenance on capital projects. A BSEE with at least four years of manufacturing experience is required; knowledge of medium voltage power systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with medium voltage power systems is a plus.
• Strong collaboration with maintenance on capital projects is expected.

Large, continuous process manufacturer in the greater Kingsport area has immediate opening for an Electrical Engineer to support electrical control systems, equipment, machinery, and medium voltage power systems. The Electrical Engineer will be involved in hardware/software design for new projects, including PLCs, HMIs, and drives (AC and DC).

Will work closely with Maintenance on capital project initiatives.

Qualified candidates MUST have a BSEE along with at least 4 years manufacturing experience. Knowledge of medium voltage power systems is a plus.

Prefer candidates already located in the Tri-Cities area.
