Job summary

Textron Systems in Hunt Valley, MD is offering a 2027 Electrical Engineer Co-Op position focused on uncrewed land and air systems. You will engage in conceptual design, analysis, hardware design, integration, testing, and manufacturing support within a multi-disciplinary team.

Ideal candidates are pursuing or have completed a bachelor's in electrical engineering and can commit to 40 hours per week. US citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Ability to work 40 hours/week.
• U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed design of electrical and electronic assemblies.
• Perform analysis, integration, and testing.
• Contribute to concept development as part of cross-functional design teams, including prototyping and production support.
• Prepare high-quality formal engineering documentation such as drawings, presentations, specifications, test plans, and test reports.
• Support proposal activity, providing input to cost estimates and risk assessments.
