Job summary
Garver's Buildings team is hiring an Electrical Engineer in Denver, CO. The role focuses on assessing existing facilities and developing electrical designs for a variety of buildings projects, including planning, design, and commissioning of electrical, lighting, telecommunications, security, and fire alarm systems.
The ideal candidate will bring ABET-accredited electrical engineering education, a PE license, 5–15 years of building design experience, and strong CAD/BIM skills with Revit while
Qualifications
- ABET-accredited degree in electrical or architectural engineering with an electrical focus
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification
- 5–15 years of building design and construction experience
- Experience overseeing electrical designs, including detailed plans and specs for building projects
- Experience with Autodesk Revit
Responsibilities
- Assess existing facilities and develop electrical designs for Buildings projects.
- Investigate, plan, design, and commission electrical systems for buildings.
- Coordinate with other disciplines and regional offices; assist project managers.
- Follow QA/QC plans and travel to project locations as required.
