Job summary

Garver is seeking an Electrical Engineer to assess existing facilities and develop electrical designs for Buildings projects. The role includes coordinating with disciplines, assisting project managers, and traveling to site locations to ensure quality and compliance.

Qualifications include a ABET-accredited degree in electrical or architectural engineering, PE license, 5–15 years of building design experience, strong Revit skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Communicate with building owner representatives and clients
• Participate in client relations and project pursuits
• Knowledge of building components and systems
• Knowledge of electrical engineering and sustainability principles
• Utilize CAD/BIM to produce construction drawings
• Perform electrical calculations
• Use MS Excel-based tools for design calculations
• Manage multiple assignments concurrently
• Maintain time management and product quality
• Follow QA/QC Plans
• Pursue continuing education based on project needs
