Cindavi in Batesville, Arkansas is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our Project Engineering Group. You will design, implement, and support electrical systems that improve production capacity and plant reliability in a state-of-the-art biofuels facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Electrical Engineering from ABET-accredited school.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Excellent communication across the organization.
• Hands-on problem-solving with leadership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance, process improvement, and maintenance support for chemical production, utilities, and manufacturing.
• Design, plan, and implement electrical equipment layouts and control systems based on pilot plant data.
• Troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation issues to identify root causes and ensure safe operations.
• Evaluate equipment from motor starters to high voltage systems and lighting design.
• Manage multiple capital projects with sound process economics and stakeholder updates.
