Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of quality testing/inspection experience in battery industry.
- Proficient with CT machines and gas chromatographs.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and measurement methods.
- Experience with data analysis and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Oversee battery core testing quality management including physical/chemical testing and inspections.
- Develop and refine testing methods to improve inspection efficiency.
- Monitor inspection data, analyze issues, and drive continuous improvement projects.
- Develop advanced detection methods to improve accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate with on-site teams to analyze process problems.
