Job summary

Green New Energy Materials is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design, troubleshoot, and optimize electrical systems for production equipment and automation upgrades.

You will work with Production, Maintenance, QA, and suppliers to ensure reliable manufacturing lines, while maintaining safety and compliance standards across NEC, OSHA, and NFPA guidelines. The role requires hands-on on-floor support, occasional evening/weekend coverage, and willingness to mentor junior technicians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing electrical engineering experience.
• Experience with PLCs, sensors, drives, and industrial control systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and design electrical systems for production equipment.
• Support installation, testing, and commissioning of production lines.
• Develop PM plans and ensure safety compliance (NEC/OSHA/NFPA).
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, QA, and suppliers.
