Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer for a Beaumont, TX facility to improve electrical reliability across the mill. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.
• 5+ years in electrical eng or industrial power systems.
• Strong knowledge of transformers, power supplies, three-phase systems, AC/DC motors, and protection schemes.
• Experience with medium- and high-voltage electrical systems.
• Familiarity with PLCs, instrumentation, and CMMS platforms (SAP, JDE).
• Preferred experience with relay coordination studies and arc flash analysis.

• Support and contribute to training programs focused on safe electrical work practices.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA 70E, and applicable industry standards.

This role is responsible for improving electrical reliability across the mill by identifying and resolving system issues, supporting outage planning, and partnering with Maintenance, Production, Leadership, Corporate Reliability, contractors, and subject‑matter experts to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.
