Job summary

Stefanini Group in Alcoa, TN is seeking an Electrical Engineer to support maintenance, safety, quality and operations, and to restore product flow by developing improvements. You will troubleshoot equipment, manage large rebuilds, and provide technical leadership while advancing plant reliability.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and 2+ years in the field, plus knowledge of PLCs, motor drives, networking, and data analytics. Travel is < 10% with on‑call duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from an accredited college/university.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in an electrical engineering field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with working knowledge of manufacturing processes and principles.
• Experience with ladder logic and programming/troubleshooting PLCs (Rockwell/Allen Bradley) preferred.
• Experience with motor drives, networking, power distribution, and mill/automation environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support to maintenance and operations across the department, including restoring flow during breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process problems to root cause with engineered solutions.
• Manage large equipment rebuilds including development, justification, and implementation.
• Develop technical equipment expertise and provide technical leadership.
• Support Quality, Safety and Environmental goals across the department.
• All other tasks and duties as assigned.
