Job summary

RTX's Advanced Effector Guidance Systems (AEGS) department seeks entry-level electrical engineers to collaborate with engineers to develop and test electronic subsystems in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

You will troubleshoot electronics in lab settings, perform analog and digital circuit analysis, and contribute to integration and test activities for subsystems with potential travel under 10%.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field.
• Experience with writing and/or executing test procedures.
• Basic lab or other experience with RF, analog, digital, mixed signal, circuit design or analysis.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electronics in a lab or production environment, perform system and circuit level analysis, and support failure investigations.
• Troubleshooting hardware and process issues down to CCA and component levels.
• Perform analog and digital circuit analysis and model electrical signals in simulation.
• Identify circuit card and subassembly design updates.
• Conduct integration & test at the subassembly level.
• Develop interconnect models between subsystems.
• Generate test procedures/plans and document results.
• Present results to small technical teams.
• Travel to test areas for support less than 10%.
