Job summary

Collaborating with Production, Maintenance, and Engineering teams, you will lead capital projects, develop system requirements and AutoCAD drawings, and provide after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience supporting 24/7 manufacturing operations is a plus.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and equipment commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 technical support for plant equipment.
• Maintain knowledge of plant systems and drive improvements.
• Lead capital/process improvement projects end-to-end.
• Develop system requirements and AutoCAD drawings.
• Coordinate with maintenance, production, and vendors.
• Support after-hours and weekend coverage.
