Metra Commuter Rail in Chicago is seeking an Electrical Engineer to prepare design packages for power, lighting and control systems across Metra facilities. You will ensure code compliance and guide outside consultants, coordinating construction contractors and developing budgets and schedules.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and five years of electrical engineering experience focused on power, lighting, and control design are required. The role also requires three years of indirect supervisory experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work flexible hours; railroad experience and knowledge of 1500VDC traction power are preferred.
