Job summary

Actalent in Simpsonville, SC is seeking an Electrical Test Engineer to design, develop, and maintain PCBA test fixtures, interface hardware, and production and NPI test systems. You will troubleshoot electrical issues, perform failure analysis, document test processes, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve reliability and yield.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor''s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and at least five years of experience in electrical, test, or manufacturing test engineering.
• Candidates should have strong PCBA fixture and test-system design experience, proficiency with Altium Designer, knowledge of circuits and power electronics, and hands-on troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• NI hardware, TestStand, and LabVIEW are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain PCBA test fixtures, interface hardware, and production and engineering test systems.
