Actalent is seeking a hands-on PCB technician to solder, test, and maintain electronic assemblies and PCBs in our Minnesota manufacturing facility.

The role involves interpreting schematics, using test instruments, and partnering with engineers to drive quality improvements and yield. A year of PCB soldering/testing experience and an engineering degree or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in PCB soldering and testing, and interpreting electrical schematics.
• Ability to use test instruments and troubleshoot electronic assemblies.
• Academic background in electrical engineering or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on debug, testing, and maintenance of electronic assemblies and PCBs in a manufacturing setting.
• Troubleshoot operator-reported problems and perform equipment calibration.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve product quality and reliability.
