Actalent is seeking a hands-on PCB technician to solder, test, and maintain electronic assemblies and PCBs in our Minnesota manufacturing facility.
The role involves interpreting schematics, using test instruments, and partnering with engineers to drive quality improvements and yield. A year of PCB soldering/testing experience and an engineering degree or equivalent is preferred.
The role focuses on the hands-on debug, testing, and maintenance of electronic assemblies and PCBs within a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting operator-reported problems, performing equipment calibration, and collaborating with engineers to improve product quality.
Candidates need at least one year of experience in PCB soldering and testing, with the ability to interpret electrical schematics and use test instruments. An Associate of Applied Science or a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering is required or preferred.
