Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of experience supporting manufacturing operations in a regulated or high-volume production environment.
  • Experience with automated test equipment (ATE), data acquisition systems, or manufacturing testers.
  • Proficiency with oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other diagnostic tools.
  • Familiarity with electrical schematics and circuit troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

  • Support manufacturing operations by troubleshooting electrical and automated production equipment.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize electrical test systems and manufacturing processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance, reliability, and productivity.
  • Collaborate with Production, Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams to resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Analyze equipment and process performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Our client, a leader in manufacturing supporting high-volume production environments, is seeking an Engineer - Degreed II to join their team. As an Engineer - Degreed II, you will be part of the Manufacturing Engineering Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, collaborative spirit, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $33
