Job description

AllTek has partnered with a local consulting engineering company to hire an experienced Electrical Engineer for heavy industrial applications.

Job Details

• Lead the electrical engineering team in a collaborative environment, working cross‑functional with other engineering groups.
• Direct the design, modification, and evaluation of all phases of a specific product or group of products from product definition through production and release.
• Specify equipment such as transformers, outdoor circuit breakers, MV switchgear, LV switchgear, etc.
• Conduct power‑system studies, relay coordination, and relay setting analyses.
• Design and maintain outdoor substation layouts.
• Layout electrical rooms and prepare detailed single‑line and three‑line diagrams.
• Develop breaker‑control schematics.
• Use ETAP and SKM power‑system study software.

Qualifications

• BSEE and EIT certification required; PE preferred.
• Minimum of 10years of experience in this type of work.
• Willingness and ability to travel for information gathering, check‑out/start‑up assistance.
• Immediate availability.
