Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience.
2. 3+ years of relevant, hands-on electrical engineering experience, preferably in a heavy equipment or machinery environment.
3. Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems (e.g., 12V/24V DC, hydraulic controls, PLCs, sensors).
4. Experience with retrofitting, wiring, and troubleshooting complex systems.
5. Comfortable working in the shop, as well as visiting customer sites or rail yards.
6. Ability to work independently and take initiative on problem-solving tasks.
7. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
8. Willingness to travel occasionally for field service or support.
