Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Electrical Engineer to design, develop, analyze, and implement electrical systems for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. The candidate should have strong electrical design experience, be able to work with multidisciplinary teams, clients, contractors, and stakeholders, and possess a BSEE with PE preferred and EIT certification.

5+ years of experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) is required.
• A Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) certification is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical design and engineering.
• Proficient with electrical design software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement electrical systems designs for a wide range of applications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct detailed electrical studies and analyses, including power system studies, load flow, and short circuit analysis.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the integration of electrical systems into overall project designs.
• Review and approve electrical engineering documentation, including single line diagrams, schematics, layouts, and details.
• Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of electrical system issues, providing technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in electrical engineering and incorporate new methods and technologies into projects.
• Ensure all electrical engineering projects are completed within time and budget constraints.
