Job Summary:

Seeking a seasoned Senior Electrical Engineer with 20+ years of experience to lead and mentor a team of electrical engineering consultants. This role offers location flexibility (Doylestown, PA; Chicago, IL; New York, NY; Philadelphia, PA) and focuses on delivering innovative solutions across electrical control and power applications in sectors such as heavy movable structures, rail transit, utility engineering, and industrial infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical project execution by applying deep engineering expertise, industry codes, and design standards across control and power systems (motor drives, PLCs, distributed control, power distribution).
• Collaborate as the electrical SME with interdisciplinary teams, producing high-quality client deliverables and overseeing fieldwork.
• Manage projects end-to-end: client engagement, team assembly, budgeting, scheduling, and delivery management.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering knowledge sharing and professional growth company-wide.
• Contribute to practice development by engaging in recruitment, training, and participation in industry organizations and conferences.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Professional Engineer (Electrical)
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; Master’s preferred
