We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our team, focusing on the development of sustainable ceiling solutions that positively impact various spaces such as living, working, learning, healing, and recreational areas. Join us as we lead the transformation in space design and construction to support thriving communities.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the execution of major capital projects, ensuring they meet budget, schedule, and performance targets.
• Participate actively as a member of a multifunctional project team, managing projects from concept through to asset installation and startup.
• Investigate process and equipment issues, recommending corrective actions.
• Collaborate with vendors to design, procure, and install controls and power systems for new production lines in existing and new facilities.
• Lead process improvements through participation in lean initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Leadership skills to manage projects and teams.
• Hands-on experience with industrial automation tools such as Allen-Bradley PLC, HMI, VFDs, Servo Systems, and Instrumentation & Controls.
• Knowledge of industrial networking and managing Ethernet networks.
• Strong presentation and technical skills in electrical engineering.
• Installation and construction experience.

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary range is $70,000 to $76,000.
