W3Global is seeking an Electrical Engineer with 4–8 years of US consulting experience in the design of electrical systems for commercial and institutional facilities. You will perform field investigations, analyses, and produce contract documents, while coordinating with clients and project teams.

The role requires capability to manage multiple projects, strong communication, and familiarity with NEC/NYC codes. Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit is preferred; LEED accreditation is a plus.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering required.
• 4–8 years of US experience in commercial electrical systems.
• Consulting background preferred; NYC codes familiarity.

• Candidates should have approximately four to eight (4-8) years of U.S. consulting experience in the design of electrical systems including new services, distribution, lighting and lighting controls, fire alarm, and low voltage systems for commercial and institutional facilities.
• Responsibilities will include field investigation, analysis, design, production of contract documents, and construction administration services.
• The candidate shall have the capability of working on multiple projects and must have good communications skills to relate to clients, junior engineers, other design professionals, contractors, vendors and his/her peers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
• Four to Eight years' US experience with commercial electrical systems design
• Looking for someone with Consulting industry background.
• EIT Preferred, PE a plus
• Familiarity with National Electric Code and NYC codes
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD required, knowledge of Revit preferred
• LEED Accreditation a plus
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects a plus
